Hi, I'm Deby Thornburg, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and avid Infrared Sauna user.

I lived in constant pain and took Ibuprofen daily. Eventually, I realized I had to make a change and began researching non-pharmaceutical methods of pain management. After changing to a strictly whole food diet and learning some stress management techniques; my husband gifted me with an infrared sauna for my birthday. I was able to stop taking Ibuprofen within a month and since then have been able to get back my quality of life. Now I want to share that quality of life with my community.  My hope is that more and more people want to become proactive about their health and I want to help them by providing a safe space where they can learn how to empower themselves to take control of their wellness, be happier, and not have to worry about getting sick.

Our Philosophy

Wellness is not a passive state but rather an  individual pursuit – we have self-responsibility for our own choices, behaviors and lifestyle – but it is also significantly influenced by the physical, social, and cultural environments in which we live.  One of the ways to support community wellness is having a place where people can come and get information and knowledge. The most successful businesses are the ones that are profitable but also help improve the lives of other people.
